Aboul El-Fadhl Baadji qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas se porter candidat.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a \u00e9t\u00e9 pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les membres du comit\u00e9 central, au terme des travaux du 11e congr\u00e8s du parti, tenu au Centre international des conf\u00e9rences (CIC) \u00ab\u00a0Abdelatif Rahal\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Alger. <\/p>\n<p>M. Benmbarek a eu \u00e0 occuper plusieurs postes au sein des structures du parti, notamment \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la mouhafada de Bouzar\u00e9ah (Alger).
